Kington Co. ltd. Semi Automatic Banknote Vacuum Wrapper KT-610 series. It incorporates the largest pump size which allows packaging of larger bundles of banknotes. Vacuum and seal settings are stored and recalled by programmable buttons, so they can be reproduced exactly and quickly. The security of vacuum packaging has many advantages over banding and strapping. The pouches are clear so visual inspection is easy and each pouch can be embossed with source code information. Our currency vacuum wrapping machine meets demanding safety and quality standards with the TUV mark and the CE mark which is issued by SGS Taiwan EMC service as evidence of safety testing.

All over the world, before processing the banknotes are bundled together in wads of usually one hundred notes. In contrast to the new notes, the used ones are usually more difficult to handle due to the fact that they take up more space. With help of Kington KT-610, it is possible to vacuum package up to 2 packages in less than 20 seconds. After the lid of the chamber is closed, the vacuum process is started and completed automatically with perfect results every time. Ready-made vacuum packaged banknotes [or wrapped or loose coins, for that matter) can be then transported easily and safely, stored in vaults for up to six months without the necessity of recounting. Vacuum packaging technology enables the money to be always available to authorized users and never to elements or unauthorized access.
