Applications: Strap
Band on Reels are adapted in above machines to strap
tightens, heat seals and cuts the strap automatically for
bundling small objective. For example:
Office stuff:
books, stacks of papers, labels, envelopes, magazines,
presswork, paper banknote, coupon, 10 bundle currency and
even small sized bundles of 0.8 cm.
Gift stuff:
souvenir, gift box, cosmetic, articles of luxury, a bouquet
of flowers.
Food stuff:
candy box, seafood, authentic cuisine box, cake box, lunch
box, other food.
IT stuff:
stacks of IC tray, telecom cable, electric wire, power
cord,...etc. Major customer is Commercial banks, Post
Office, IT industry in IC trays packing or Chip Probing. Our
Strap Band on Reels are subject to strict quality tests
during production. Especially the unique anti-static PP band
its composition: Polypropylene 22%, Polyethylene 33%,
Anti-static Oil 28%, Black master batch 17%. The material is
characterized by its reliable anti-static performance, good
sealing features, identification no hazards. Its specially
adapted for the strapping machines we mention and comply
with MSDS approval.
